Lotus Flower Mega Circuit: The Installation Stirs to Life Original Artwork

This artwork is part of a series envisioning a series of enormous bio-mechanical flowers that dot a strange alien planet habitated by eerie monoliths. The vibrant oranges, reds and yellows contrast with the deep blue of the water and the lighter blue ice that dominates the planets extensive oceans. The foreground is immediately overtaken by a mysterious building. Why is it there? What is its purpose? What can it teach us? I wanted something vague and mysterious to hopefully inspire the viewer to ponder about the wonders out in the universe and what could possibly be out there. 

The work is Acrylic on Canvas, and measures 26x16cm and was done in 2018. The work is fitted with wire and rings and is ready to hang. Please allow 48-72 to dispatch delivery. All care will be taken to package the artwork as carefully as possible.
